It takes a bit of getting used to the longer drying times, but we are generally happy with the dryer. It doesn't cook the clothes like our old dryer, and they feel softer at the end of the cycle. Small items can get caught between the door and the drum, but using a drying bag solves this. We also love that the machine collects all the moisture, so water vapour is no longer an issue.
